Boneless top sirloin is a great cut of meat it is both delicious and affordable.
This is a picture of a full cut top sirloin steak. It is a great for grilling, broiling.
It can be cut into a variety of portions such as top butt steaks.
Some of the other uses would be, stir fry, pepper steak and fajitas and shish kabobs
Internal cooking temperatures (Fahrenheit):
Rare 120-125
Medium rare 130-140
Medium 140-150
Medium well 150-160
Well done 160-170
